• How should I store garlic?

  In a cool place, away from direct sunlight and with good air circulation.

• Can garlic be frozen?

  You can freeze garlic but it changes the consistency. Frozen garlic turns mushy when thawed but most of the flavor remains. Only freeze garlic to cook, do not freeze garlic you intend to plant.

• Are food & seed garlic different?

  Food garlic is the smaller garlic bulbs. We use the larger garlic bulbs just for our seed.

• What is green garlic?

  Green Garlic is the smallest cloves we plant and is harvested in the spring before the bulbs fully develops and are small and tender.
